With a precision- built prefabricated houses, you can be sure there will be no unexpected delays due to the weather or labour issues and therefore no nasty surprise expenses.

The initial structure (a watertight shell incorporating walls, doors, windows and the roof) of a European home can be constructed on-site by an experienced team in as little as one to two days, and the average home is usually completed between 4-6 months from achieving planning approval to finished building.

Your on-site build will start with the arrival of a series of articulated vehicles which have transported the elements of your house. All elements craned into place and are complete and weather-proof and secure usually within 48 hours.
